4. Digital Product Delivery

Once your purchase is complete, the digital beats will be available for instant download from your account. All purchases are final, and no physical products will be shipped.

5. Licensing and Usage Rights

Non-exclusive License: By purchasing a beat, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the beat in your music production, subject to the terms outlined in the individual license agreement.
Exclusive License: If an exclusive license is purchased, the beat is removed from the site, and the customer gains full ownership for their use. Terms will vary based on the specific agreement.
Copyright: We retain all rights to the beats sold on our website. You are not purchasing ownership of the beat, but a license to use it in your music. You may not resell or redistribute the beat as-is.
